Identity design for a Human Resources consulting company in Foster City. The challenge was to design a logo that was hip, modern, elegant and yet friendly. Explorations for this project show different emphases on each requirement. Below are all three design directions that were presented. The first is what was chosen.

Born and raised in Singapore, Sonia Ballesteros came to the US in 1994 for college. She graduated with honors from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design and has 20 years of experience in print, identity and web design. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English and specializes in bilingual projects. Sonia lives with her husband, two kids and two very fat cats in San Francisco, California.
